How SMS Consent Is Collected
When you apply for a job, schedule an appointment, or inquire about services with businesses using SwiftCall's platform, you may be asked to consent to receive SMS text messages. SMS consent is completely optional and is not required to apply for positions or use services.
Consent may be obtained through:

What Messages You'll Receive
If you consent to SMS communications, you will receive automated text messages from the business you are engaging with (e.g., Outland Group, or other SwiftCall client businesses) delivered through SwiftCall's messaging platform. These messages may include:

These messages are transactional and informational in nature, not marketing or promotional.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the client business. You may receive 2-6 messages during the course of an application or service process, typically over a 2-4 week period.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages you receive. SwiftCall does not charge for messages, but your carrier's rates apply.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message
- Calling the phone number provided in the message
- Emailing [email protected] with your opt-out request
Upon receiving your opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive automated text messages from that business. Your opt-out is processed immediately (within seconds) and is permanent unless you explicitly opt back in.

Business Identification
All SMS messages clearly identify which business is sending the communication (e.g., "Your Outland Group interview..." or "This is [Business Name]..."). You will only receive messages from businesses you have directly engaged with and consented to receive messages from.
No Marketing Use
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your contact information is used solely for the purposes described above and is shared only with the specific client business you are engaging with.
Data Retention
We retain your phone number and consent records for as long as necessary to fulfill the service purposes described above, typically for the duration of your application or service relationship, or as required by applicable law.
Service Provider Role
SMS messages are delivered by SwiftCall on behalf of our client businesses. By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive automated text messages from the identified business delivered through our messaging platform.
Compliance
Our SMS communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable federal and state regulations governing automated communications.
